Cancellation Policy

Because of the speed with which online orders are processed, we are unable to offer a minimum time for cancellation of the order, however, if the order has been made in error, you may still be entitled to a refund once the product is returned to the nearest Country Care store or via Australia Post, at your expense.

Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this or any Agreement or the failure of either Party to exercise any right or remedy to which it, he or they are entitled hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any Agreement. No waiver of any of the provisions of this or any Agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both Parties.


The laws of Australia govern these terms and conditions.  By accessing this website and buying our products you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian law courts and avenues of redress in all disputes arising out of such access. If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to the exclusions and limitations set out above), then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these terms and the remaining terms will continue to apply.

Failure of Country Care Group to enforce any of the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions and any Agreement, or failure to exercise any option to terminate, shall not be construed as waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions or of any Agreement or any part thereof, or the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.  These Terms and Conditions shall not be amended, modified, varied or supplemented except in writing and signed by duly authorised representatives of Country Care Group.

Refunds & Returns Policy

100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE applies to any products you purchase that do not perform to your expectations and can be returned within 30 days for a full refund; simply contact us to arrange a return shipping label at no cost to you, return the product to us and we will refund you the price of the goods including shipping for that item, provided the goods are unopened and returned in the same condition as they were sent.  Proof of purchase must accompany all returns.

Defective items claims must be lodged via the phone, our website or email within (30) thirty days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement or refund.  Depending on the claim we may require evidence of the defect via email or post.  Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced a full refund will be offered.   We will supply you with a return shipping label, at no cost to you.

How to return your item:

  1. Contact us via email at [email protected] or telephone on 1800 727 382.  A customer service representative will explain how to go about your return request, record all the necessary product return information.
  2. The customer service representative will arrange return of the product (Change of mind returns - at your cost; Defective items - at our cost).
  3. As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be sent to you or a refund will be issued.


Any returns must be received by COUNTRY CARE GROUP within (30) thirty days of the claim being made.
Refunds and returns will be processed by us within 72 hours of receiving the item at our warehouse. It can then take up to 48 hours for money to credited by the bank into our customer accounts.
All Refund claims made within the 30 day period, will be issued in the method by which they paid.

Replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by us unless stated otherwise by a Country Care Group representative.


Your online order will be dispatched with Australia Post within 24 hours of the order being received.  
We do not offer express post or international shipping.

When you use your credit card to make payment via this website, you will be redirected to NAB Transact’s secure payment page to input your credit card details and complete payment. After payment is completed you will be returned to our order completion page. This ensures safety of your credit card details as no customer credit card details are stored or saved to our server.


A credit card surcharge of 2% will be applied to total transaction at time of payment to cover costs that we incur.

These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and Country Care Group.
